Warranty requests are handled on a case-by-case, and the following warranty policies apply to all hard-goods only if you are the original owner, or purchaser.

Warranty Guidelines
– The warranty doesn’t apply to softgoods, plastic or rubber products – grip, seat, tire.
– The warranty period will follow strictly to the policy set by each individual brand.
– The warranty will not be effective if the product is damaged due to wrong use, damaged in purpose or not riding. Wrong use could be caused by way too harsh riding like broken pedal bodies, broken hub flanges, etc. We will inspect each warranty case to confirm replacement.
– The warranty do not cover damages like dent tubes, bent stuff, damaged bearings and stripped threads. No matter how good the product is, those damages can happen with a very hard use.
– The warranty do not cover 2nd hand purchase, or products that’s been purchase outside of Singapore especially thru online channel.
– The warranty only covers the original purchaser.
– If something happens on your part under the conditions above, you have to bring or send the product back to us only to our Sin Ming branch. Purchase receipt will definitely help us to fasten the warranty process.

We are not responsible for servicing products we did not sell. However, in certain instances, you may want to contact us to check if we can work something out for you. The customer is responsible for any policies we may have in place.

As soon as we receive the product, we will get in touch with our agent, and try to get the replacement part for you as soon as possible.

Sometimes it will just take a couple of days to process, and yet sometimes it can take a couple of weeks. We seek for your understanding in this matter.
