Octane One Spark 24” Frame
A new park and street frame with geometry designed for 24” wheels only. Perfect for low travel suspension forks (60-100mm) or rigid forks. The chain stays will let you adjust the rear wheel position within the 365-381mm range, and the head tube is designed to work with an integrated headset (the most popular Bmx standard – campy spec). It comes with a standard threaded BB shell so you can easily fit your favorite mountain bike cranks. Simple and straight seat stays shape. With simple and straight seat stays and small dropouts w/o a derailleur hanger you get weight saving and perfect clean look. The new Spark is an advanced frame made from high quality double butted 4130 cro-mo steel at a great price!




Octane One Void 3.0 Dirt Frame
The new 2011 Void frame comes with more dirt oriented geometry and is designed especially for 26” wheels. The BB is lowered for more stability, and to fit higher forks with more travel. At the same time the frame gets a slightly steeper head angle for quicker handling. Custom butted tubes beefed up in the stress areas keep weight low and strength high. An additionally reinforced top tube / seat tube junction is tough enough to survive abuse from tailwhips and 360’s. The new Void is an advanced frame made from high quality double butted 4130 cro-mo steel at a great price!



Octane One Bolt-On Long Grip
Bolt-on grips made from high quality rubber, equipped with 2 aluminum bolt collars, offered in various color versions to match your bike! With 145mm width these grips should be used without shifters. Mushroom style ribbed pattern is strong and comfortable. A new better, softer rubber compound is used. The result is great feel and more durability. Bar ends included!

Octane One Warp 1 Integrated Headset
The Warp-1 comes in a most popular Bmx standard – Campy spec. This integrated headset will fit Void 3.0 and Spark frames. Build from high quality materials and fitted with sealed bearings. The top cup and crown race are made of aluminum. Star nut included.

Octane One Warp 1 Headset
The Warp-1 is a light headset with slim and low shape. However it’s still plenty solid. Build from high quality materials and fitted with sealed bearings. The cups and top seal are made of aluminum, thicker in the places that need to be reinforced. This results in a combination of light weight and durability. Star nut included.

Octane One Nylon Plastic Pivotal Seatpost
Light and short hard plastic/nylon seat post compatible with pivotal saddles. Lighter than any alloy posts. Offered in two popular diameters: 25.4mm (For the Spark and most Bmx frames) and 27.2mm (For the Void and most Mtb steel frames). The 110mm length translates into to around 60mm of adjustment. Threads reinforced with alloy insert.

Octane One Piovtal Alloy Seatpost
Light and short seat post compatible with pivotal saddles. Offered in the most popular Mtb dirt/street diameter – 27.2mm. This models allows you to slam your seat all the way down.

Octane One All-Round Pivotal Seat
A light and strong pivotal seat. Constructed of 100% nylon with a thin padding and really nice 1 pcs micro-suede top cover. Improved base construction prevents seat damage, especially cracked or bent seat nose. The pivotal mount was moved forward making the front-end shorter and stiffer. Stronger overall structure. Hollow bolt.


Octane One ISIS Bottom Bracket
This great ISIS bottom bracket comes with strong and super thick axle. Instead of using small and weak sealed bearings, it’s decided to offer a new type of BB which itself acts as a big sealed bearing. The result is a durability way greater than other bottom brackets, even those with 4 sealed bearings! Aluminum cups for weight reduction.

Octane One Orbital 20 Front Hub
Light and strong hub for 20mm thru-axle forks. Great choice not only for dirt/street riders! Rolls smoothly on high quality sealed bearings. Aluminum 7075 cones. Anodized matt finish and black hardware. Disc brake compatible. Offered in 32H versions.


Octane One Orbital Pro Premium Rear Cassette Hub
A light and strong Mtb cassette hub that runs on 4 sealed bearings. Allen female bolts for a super clean look and strong clamping force (much stronger than a standard Q-R that can be found in most hubs on the market). The cassette body is made from 7075 alloy for weight saving. The alloy cones comes with a special reinforcing insert made of steel. The hub is anodized matt and has black hardware. It is disc brake compatible and available in 32H versions.


Octane One Orbital Pro Single Speed Premium Rear Hub 
A premium Mtb singlespeed hub with a 10t driver and wide flanges for great wheel strength. It runs on four high quality sealed bearings. We use a 10t driver that fit’s big strong bearings inside. The result is that the hub runs smoothly and there will be no problems at all with the driver bearings. The steel axle is cut flush with the nuts for a clean look and for safety reasons. Steel nuts give extra strength and clamping force for securing your wheel in horizontal dropouts. For weight reduction the cones have been made from aluminum. The hub is anodized matt and has nice black hardware. It hub comes with a disc brake mount and is offered in 32H versions.

Octane One Solar 32 Rim
Very strong and light quality rims. Heat-treated 6061 aluminium and great strong profile. Single eyeleted. Disk brake or rim brake compatible. Available both in 24” and 26” sizes, 32H versions and several finishes.
